Mr. Merkhofer is widely regarded as one of the top CPM scheduling professionals in the U.S., having scheduled more than 400 projects – ranging from hospitals and schools to airport terminals and correctional facilities – during his 35-year career.


Mr. Merkhofer is also a recognized expert in delay/ disruption/loss of productivity. He has performed claims analyses on more than 150 commercial building, airport and public works projects.
