Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
Each state mandates that Attorneys attend Mandatory Continuing Educational courses on a regular basis in order to maintain certain standards of professional competence throughout their careers.
WHI is an authorized provider of CLE training in the states of NJ, PA, GA and FL. WHI currently offers several programs on Construction geared toward Delays and Inefficiencies in Construction, as well as the use of CPM Schedules in Analyzing Claims and how to present a CPM Analysis in the Court of Law.
Attorneys will recieve a credit for each session they attend and may also receive credits in multiple states for courses approved in that jurisdiction through reciprocity.
